Benefits
At MedCorp, we are looking for
employees interested in a career, not just a job.
Keeping that in mind, we're concerned about the long
term security and well being of all those who work
within our medical transportation and mobile
diagnostics related fields. We have designed a
benefits package that allows our employees to
maintain insurance coverage for their families as
well as plan for their retirement. This benefits
package sets us apart from other EMS companies that
inflate their hourly rates in hopes that prospective
employees do not consider their benefits packages.
A comprehensive benefits package is
available to full time employees averaging more than
32 hours per week over the course of each quarter.
All employees carrying our benefit package are
eligible to develop an online user profile to view
plan summaries, personal claims and plan year
expenses. Click this
link to access directions on developing your
online user profile. Eligible employees may make
changes to their insurance coverage, including
enrollment during the following times:
1. Upon hire, following their specific waiting
period upon hire
2. During the plan's open enrollment period
once a year
3. Within 30 days of a qualifying event (birth,
marriage, divorce, etc.)
